This event is exclusively for S&P Global Platts FEO customers.
Day One of the forum will lay out a common global groundwork that underpins our long-term energy outlooks across all commodities, and illustrate key differences between Platts Reference Case and 2 Degree Case outlooks. The focus will then shift to global oil with more intensive sessions on global oil supply, refining, and the carbon intensity of oil production.
One week later on Day Two, the forum will take a closer look at energy commodities outside of oil, specifically natural gas and electric power, and their roles in the energy transition. There will also be a specific session devoted to the potential roll out of hydrogen as an energy carrier in Europe, looking to quantify both the carbon reductions and impacts on fossil fuel demand.
While we will not be able to offer the same in person and interactive experience that has been part of Future Energy Outlook events over the years due to the ongoing pandemic, we will strive to deliver the same depth and breadth of coverage that longtime customers are accustomed to.
