Anna Crowley is editorial director at S&P Global Platts. She moved to petrochemicals in 2017 to head the EMEA region having previously led Platts European natural gas and power pricing business. Anna joined Platts in 2008, covering electricity markets and managing reporting teams. Prior to that she was an editor with S&P Global Ratings specializing in Corporate and Infrastructure Finance.

Senior Editor, European Olefins & Polymers, S&P Global Platts

Miguel Cambeiro is a senior editor at S&P Global Platts, focused on the ethylene chain and derivatives, in particular polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride and ethylene glycols. Miguel has over 15 years of experience working in petrochemicals and index consulting, having previously developed and set-up key Platts benchmarks: MTBE, ethanol, ETBE, synthetic rubber. As part of the price group, Miguel helped to develop the Asian paraxylene benchmark. He is fluent in Spanish and enjoys cycling.

Global Lead Recycled Plastics, S&P Global Platts

Ben is the global lead for recycled plastics and is responsible for S&P Global Platts’ recycled plastics price assessments as well as news content. Ben also assesses the recycled plastics markets in the UK and Europe. Ben joined the petrochemicals team at Platts in 2018, starting with coverage of aromatics markets as well as virgin PET.

Luke Milner joined Platts in October 2017 and has been managing editor of the European olefins and polymers team since 2019. Luke has seven years’ experience reporting on petrochemical markets in Europe and, prior to moving into the petrochemical markets, spent several years reporting on a diverse range of industries, including banking, shipping and retail. Luke studied Modern European Languages at the University of Durham and has spent time working in Italy, France and Brazil, as well as in the UK.
