Discounted Accommodation
We have reserved a small group room block at a discounted rate of $179 USD/night plus 17% tax for the nights of February 22nd and 23rd. Reservations are available on a first come first serve basis and must be made directly with the hotel through our custom conference booking link or calling the hotel directly and referencing the S&P Global Platts LNG Conference. The reservation details will be provided to attendees attending in person only in the confirmation email when their registration for the conference is confirmed. The group rate is available up to 3 days pre and post-room block dates based on availability. The cut-off date for guest room reservations at the group rate is Tuesday, February 1st.

Is there a group rate?

Your organization may send 1 person for free for every 3 people registered at the current delegate rate. All registrations must be from the same organization and made at the same time to qualify. The group rate is not retroactive. Your invoice will reflect 3 delegates at the current rate and 1 delegate at $0.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We only accept payment by credit card for this event.

How do I change my in-person or virtual attendance preference?

What if I need to cancel my registration?

Cancellation is not available for this event. Once payment has been made, we are not able to offer a refund. If you're not able to attend or send a colleague in your place, you will still receive access to the on-demand replay of the event and all the materials (included with your registration). How do I obtain a letter of invitation to apply for a travel visa?

We can provide you with a letter of invitation to apply for a travel visa, which you should then send to the appropriate consulate or embassy of the event location. Please note:

  • — Your registration fee must be paid in full before a letter of invitation can be issued. There are no exceptions.
  • — Payment is considered full once money is posted to an order. Credit card payments are immediate. Wire transfer payments require at least 5 business days. Check payments require at least 10 business days.
  • — The visa application process can take weeks or even months, depending on the countries involved and time of year, so you should consider registering and paying as early as possible.
  • — If you are unable to obtain a visa to attend, we will refund your registration fee in full.
