The workshop follows the end of the consultation phase opened on May 4 , with regards to possible methodology changes to the Diesel 10 ppm UK Cargoes CIF NWE benchmark assessment. Effective April 30, 2020, the UK has introduced a concentration limit of 10,000 for particles of more than 4 microns in diameter per ml in its diesel (EN590) specification.
