On June 2, 2020 S&P Global Platts published three proposals detailing possible future changes to the European suite of ethanol assessments:

  • A proposal to increase minimum GHG savings in the Ethanol T2 FOB Rotterdam assessment to 60%
  • A proposal to launch a differential for Ethanol T2 FOB Rotterdam minimum 80% GHG savings
  • A proposal to discontinue the Ethanol T2 FOB Rotterdam German Spec assessment
